Returns & Exchanges
To return or exchange any item contact us at help@aandreassen.com within 14 days of receiving your order. UK returns and exchange postage costs are covered by us.
We do not cover postage these costs for orders outside the UK but any item sent back to you as an exchange will be sent free of charge.
Make sure your items are returned as new, unused and with all packaging. Try on shoes on carpet or another soft surface as we cannot accept returns with scratched soles. If your shoes have a protective sticker on the soles, do not remove it. Any goods which are returned without all packaging or damaged may not be accepted and may be sent back.
